Welcome to the On Point CRNA Advisor Candidate Assessment. This exercise is designed to give us a sense of how you think, communicate, and solve problems that our clients face every day. Also, as a mutual benefit to you, it gives you a peek into what day-to-day advice you’ll be asked to provide as a trusted advisor to our clients. Scoring rubric
For each response, we will score you on a 0–5 scale across five dimensions:
- Tone & empathy: calm, confident, non‑defensive.
- Clarity: plain English, clean structure, no jargon.
- Technical judgment: good instincts, no over‑promising.
- Risk/compliance sense: doesn’t give reckless advice.
- Next steps: specific asks + a clear plan.
