Professional Experiences
I began my career in public accounting, where busy season meant long hours, tight deadlines, and a strong emphasis on accuracy and accountability. Spending 60 to 80 hours per week in that environment built a solid foundation in technical accounting, compliance, and process-driven work.
Today, I work primarily with CRNAs and other professionals whose schedules are demanding and often unpredictable. I focus on keeping things organized, compliant, and clear, while being responsive and available when clients need support. I value clean systems, thoughtful processes, and getting things done right the first time. My goal is to make the accounting side of things feel manageable and dependable, not overwhelming.
Personal Experiences
As my life evolved, especially after becoming a mom, flexibility became essential. This work allows me to continue doing meaningful, challenging accounting work while also being present for my family.
Working with CRNAs has been a natural fit, as their schedules do not follow a traditional nine to five. Being able to work around those schedules while still having time with my two year old is something I truly value. That balance shapes how I approach my work every day and is one of the reasons this role feels like such a good fit.
